One of our clients in Washington DC needs an IT Data Analyst for a permanent position.

• Position: IT Data Analyst
• Location: Washington, DC
• Position Type: Permanent position
• Travel: Some travel may be required

Job Description:

• ServiceNow data and reporting management
• Maintain data reporting standards
• Coordinate development of reporting channels that align with ISBP and state-specific context
• Deliver analyses for the Help Desk Centralization program
• Perform PIR/AAR/OA project validation
• Develop and deliver metrics packages to assist in regular reporting (monthly and year-end) on CCS operational performance and health 
• Work with CCS Front Office Support Team to develop and maintain reports and provide data analytics support to the client as required, including ad hoc data calls and shifting priorities

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• IT Service Management best practices and reporting
• Familiarity or experience using analytical software packages or tools including Power BI, Tableau, and willingness to learn SaaS analytical tools such as ServiceNow Performance Analytics or similar
• Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and evaluate data
• Business Intelligence/Big Data
• Data warehousing
