Cost Analyst

  • We are seeking a motivated individual to provide programmatic support to one of our NAVSEA customers. We have an opening for and immediately hiring a Structural Engineer.
  • Overview: Individuals will perform a wide variety of cost and economic analyses, estimating, what-if drills, impact statements, and engineering studies for a variety of Navy managed programs. A successful candidate should be able to lead the cost estimating activities.
  • Responsibilities: Individuals will perform a wide variety of cost and economic analyses, estimating, what-if drills, impact statements, and engineering studies for a variety of Army managed programs. A successful candidate should be able to lead the cost estimating activities for large, defense acquisition weapon systems.
  • Work may include:
  • Parametric cost estimating
  • Life cycle cost analysis
  • Cost estimating relationships and model development
  • Cost risk analysis
  • Cost-benefit analysis
  • Performance measurement (earned value)
  • Project forecasting and risk assessment
  • Location:
  • Washington D.C. metro area
  • 2-3 days at either Pantheon corporate spaces or at the customer site.
  • Skills Required: We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.

· CCEA or PCEA certification from ICEAA

· 7 or more equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management are required

· Must have experience developing a Life Cycle Cost estimate

· Experience with generating milestone documentation is a plus

· Good communication skills and familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies are required

· DoD Secret security clearance required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,911.02 - $99,849.82 per year

License/Certification:

  • Certified cost estimator (Required)

  • Secret (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Washington, DC 20001 (Required)
