Job Description
IRIS Factory Automation is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position is responsible for the general construction and maintenance of our facilities. The position requires the laborer to work in a safe manner, and be able to work with minimal supervision. The laborer will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing windows, replacing doors, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing locks on doors, replacing light bulbs, etc.
- Install new equipment or repair existing equipment
- Repair and maintain facility HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Clean facility common areas and restock trash receptacles as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as needed
Experience:
·1-2 years of general labor experience required
·Ability to lift 50 lbs. required
·Ability to work in all weather conditions (outdoors and indoor) required
·Ability to work overtime as needed required
·Ability to work independently or in a team environment required
·Must be able to pass a background check requirement requirement (no felony convictions or violent crimes)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
