As a Payroll Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new clients. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients over the phone, assisting them with questions and requests as they embark on their payroll journey with myPay Solutions. What will you be doing?
As a Payroll Analyst in our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new client payrolls, including setup and day-to-day payroll production.
- Managing and integrating high volumes of data from various sources to ensure accurate and timely payrolls.
- Utilizing your expertise to administer policies and resolve issues.
- Maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions with internal and external customers.
- Responding to client inquiries regarding payroll processes, procedures, and integration of new clients and accountants.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal for candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Windows, email/Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
In addition to the core skills/experience above, the following competencies are essential for success in this position:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver a high level of client service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
