Iris’s one of the top banking clients in US, is looking to hire a Big Data Lead based out of Rutherford, NJ
Role: Big Data Lead (Cloudera / PySpark)
Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 18 – 24 Months (Open ended SoW)
Note : No subcontracting, ONLY W2 and Independent Corp.
Job Descriptions:
- 5 years of application development experience in Cloudera / Pyspark.
- Experience with Data Lake, Data Quality, Meta Data, Data Wrangling / Integration, Audit Trail
- 5 years in developing and optimizing Big Data applications using Java/Scala and Spark on Cloudera/HDP.
- Experience in developing/designing micro-service architecture.
- Extensive experience in one of the cloud providers, AWS/Azure, and migrating large scale complex projects from on-premises to the cloud, including in-between hybrid options.
- Experience in developing applications in Spring & Spring Boot.
- Programming experience in Python (2 years).
- Working knowledge of Jenkins CI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders—business and technical.
