SUMMARY:
Capture products and use videography to tell a story. Achieve technical, qualitative, and quantitative goals while meeting project’s needs and deadlines.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Compose, produce, and edit high quality videos captivating stories through videography.
- Shoot video of company products including models
- Assist to coordinate and schedule shoots.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize and problem solve based upon briefs.
- Assist with all aspects of production for various types of motion graphic video content.
- Develop and maintain the look, tone, and narrative arc of video content in alignment with brand and social messaging.
- Create all forms of video content (long form, short form video content, 30 second commercials, social vids)
- Create video campaign and collaboration with internal department.
- Conduct edits and include industry standard content such as closed captioning in the story telling.
- Maintain videography related equipment.
- Provide support to Creative team.
- Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication.
- Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or higher degree in videography or related field, or equivalent years’ experience; and,
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in video editing at an agency, post house, or brand
Knowledge of:
- Videography best practices and techniques
- Professional videography lighting and related effects
- Production process for online publishing and related applications
- Basic marketing principles
Skill in:
- Expert-level video editing software including Adobe Creative Suite video products (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Motion applications (After Effects & Audition)
- Lumix GH5, Sony Alpha or similar
- Broadcast & online video formats
- Using computer hardware, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and related hardware
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to:
- Shoot with natural or studio lighting.
- Plan and direct teams during video shoots
- Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail, specifically when handling multiple video projects, versioning, and receiving feedback from project owners.
- Create and showcase professional and creative portfolios.
- Prepare reports using a variety of methods from multiple sources of data.
- Present information in a variety of methods using multiple tools to ensure efficient communication.
- Receive and apply constructive criticism.
- Research to solve problems and make decisions using best judgment.

Move and operate presentation equipment. Travel to and from meetings and various locations inside and outside the building.
