We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven SEM Specialist to join our team of performance marketing experts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, comfortable thinking on their feet, and ready to take ownership of projects. This role is fast-paced and offers a blend of creativity and analytical skills. Day-to-day work involves running paid social media advertising campaigns for clients across multiple verticals such as beauty, hospitality, FinTech, QSR, and automotive. Key performance indicators for this role include campaign spend efficiency, website traffic, website engagement, and sales.
The role is client-facing and would suit someone who is great at building relationships and rapport, and comfortable communicating and presenting.

Your Responsibilities as a SEM Specialist will include:
- Experience optimizing to a Return on Ad Spend or average cost per conversion
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Ads Editor
- Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc)
- Ability to work with large datasets efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in campaign building, keyword planning, smart bidding strategy (Target CPA, Target ROAS, etc), and audience targeting
- Strong understanding of match types, quality scores, CPCs, and bid automations to efficiently manage campaign investment
- Building new paid campaigns, including ad copywriting, developing strategies, and working with the creative team to get the images and video needed
- Ability to navigate GA360 and GA4 and pull data
- Developing written and PowerPoint reports and presentations to showcase our work and results to clients
- Understanding of the principles and techniques of online marketing, particularly paid social media ads
- Independent, detail-oriented, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and drawing data-driven recommendations
- Strong client orientation
- Enjoyment of working with others and being able to communicate with clients daily
- Self-starter who can independently take on ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement
- Any working knowledge in SEO is a plus
