The opportunity


Iris Germany are looking for an established Senior Digital Project Manager to support on some ongoing workstreams for our biggest client.


Working as part of our international agency team you will become the key point of contact for web innovation, maintenance and optimisation of a state-of-the-art global website of one of our major international clients in the premium white goods sector. You will be driving new strategic digital workstreams across the CEJ as well as content production & updates, CRO and local market pilots.

The role sits within the Production Department and will be reporting into the Head of Operations.


How you'd spend your day


  • The main focus will be on delivering against annual roadmaps of digital content and comms projects across the Siemens global website, creating engaging content and campaigns for products and sales partners across the site.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from scoping through to strategy, creative, copy, design, build and deployment/upload. Working with our in-house digital strategists, UX, CX, tech, design and creative teams for all types of content production and website CSS requirements.
  • Following established internal processes and best practice whilst also operating in a reactive environment  you will need to have the skills to be flexible and solutions focused.


What we're looking for


  • Exceptional project management and organisation skills, with high attention to detail, good judgement, and a natural self-motivating drive. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships relating to production expectations.
  • Solution orientated individual with the ability to understand problems and find ways to adapt to find the next best solution.
  • Advertising/marketing related experience.
  • Understands the importance of the commercials and can accurately budget, reconcile and plan client requests against the projects finances.
  • Experience of working with strategy teams including brand and digital strategists, data and analytics teams, CX and UX functions.
  • Experience with Click up or other timing plan software, Jira and strong written documentation (SOWs, Requirements Specs, Project Plans, Risk Assessments) is a must have.
  • CMS or other digital platform experience would be desirable. 
  • Experience of managing FE web build projects would also be helpful/preferred (HTML5, JS etc).
  • A born collaborator, with experience working in cross-functional teams and thrives from working as part of a team.


Hybrid working: Minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Whilst the role is based in Iris Germany you are part of an international team that has the ability to meet in London and Munich offices.
