Veterinary Client Care Specialist

Iron Mountain Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our growing practice. We are a progressive, AAHA accredited, state of the art 6 doctor practice nestled on the border of northern Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan. You will enjoy our friendly, easy going, yet very qualified team. The Iron Mountain area offers a beautiful place to live, with a low cost of living, and a wonderful sense of community. Interested applicants must have a desire to practice medicine, surgery, and preventative care.

Our full-time Client Care Specialists work 4 days a week (7:30am to 5pm, roughly). There are opportunities to work more or less than this typical schedule depending upon the desire of the candidate and the needs of the clinic. During a normal weekday, we have 3 exam room doctors, 1 surgery doctor, 8 veterinary technicians/assistants, 5 Client Care Specialists, and 1 practice manager on staff.

We have a full in house lab (Idexx), ultrasound, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and radiowave frequency surgical capabilities. We use a cloud based practice management program which utilizes electronic medical charting.

Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare related field, is required for this position. Those with veterinary receptionist or dental receptionist/assisting experience are especially encouraged to apply.
