Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Design Analyst to join our Sales Operations team and support the development of a modernized selling platform. As a UX Design Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales applications, data visualization, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and end users to gather user requirements, conduct user research, and design intuitive interfaces that meet our users' needs. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail. This role will report to the Sr. Director of the Seller Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
  
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and propose design enhancements
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into design concepts
  
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
  
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations
  
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve our tools and products
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
  
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  
• Experience in Salesforce.com design and development constructs
  
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  

Reasonably expected salary range: $71,300.00 - $89,100.00
