What You'll Do
IronArch Technology is looking for a Program Analyst to provide healthcare data analytics support services, and program/project management support services to assist IVC in meeting their goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge requirements: can perform a range of statistical analyses requiring mastery of appropriate statistical tools, as well as the knowledge and skill to retrieve data from various automated systems
- Knowledge of quantitative investigative techniques for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of data systems and health care business analytics
- Knowledge of tools, processes, and methods to use data analytics to support decisions, strategy, and program improvements
- Ability to analyze extensive program data interrelationships, and coordinate the preparation of summary documents, accurate program plans and proposals
- Skill in applying complex problem-solving methods and techniques
- Knowledge of, and skill in applying, a wide range of methods used to gather,analyze, and evaluate information concerning management processes, drawing conclusions, and recommending appropriate action(s)
- Knowledge of and skill in the use of Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Statistical Analysis System (SAS) Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, various data integration services, data visualization tools, and others on premises and in cloud analytics
- Ability to facilitate sessions and one-on-one meetings, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in health care data analytics
- Experience working with VHA and familiar with VHA data
