ICU RN Opportunity:

• Nurse will provide specialized care: Deliver high-quality, specialized care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as an ICU RN, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life support equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients in the ICU.
• ICU RN will respond to emergencies: Quickly respond to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions, such as CPR and defibrillation, while maintaining composure and ensuring patient safety.
• Candidate will educate and support patients and families: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and potential outcomes, offering emotional support and guidance throughout their ICU stay as an ICU RN.

ICU RN (Registered Nurse) Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years experience as an ICU Registered Nurse preferred
• 1 year of Cardiac experience preferred but not required
• NY state R.N. license
• BLS required
• ASN Required
