An established rehabilitation hospital 40 minutes east of Baton Rouge is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team! Great leadership team and fantastic benefits make this a very desired location. New grads are welcome to apply!
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $33.00/hourly Depending on experience
Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:
- Schedule: Day shift
- Outpatient and Inpatient available
- Record treatments given and progress notes in medical record
- Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in maintaining department
- Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conference
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
- Physical Therapist Assistant must communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and goals.
Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistants Program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred but new grads welcome to apply!
