Starting Compensation: $35 Hourly - $72,800 Annually
Relocation of up to $10,000 available!
RN Case Manager Duties:
- The RN Case Manager is responsible for the coordination and efficient utilization of health care resources for the provision of quality care for all hospital patients throughout the Continuum of Care.
- The RN Case Manager will facilitate clinically appropriate and fiscally responsible patient care through communication with the treating physicians, and all other members of the health care team.
- Serves as Swing Bed Coordinator, Utilization Review Coordinator, Social Services/ Discharge Planning
- 5, 8-hour shifts, M-F
- Full benefits package

- Shift Differentials:
- $1.50 Nights
- $2.00 Weekends
- Certification Pay as well for up to 3 additional certifications! $1 hour per certificate
RN Case Manager Requirements:
- RN license
- Minimum 5 years acute clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with two years of acute inpatient case management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's of Nursing
