Job Summary:

Insure safe condition of all tools and equipment before use and enforce use of appropriate personal protective equipment by crew. Immediately report any accidents or problems encountered on job site. 

Qualifications:

1. Education: High School diploma or its equivalent.
2. Experience: Two years' experience in construction; State certification; May consider hiring and allowing to work toward certification within required timeframe. 
3. Other Qualifications:  Ability to supervise crew members and assist in the development of their skills.
