Come join the collaborative professionals at Ironwood's Ridge Maine RTC as a member of our expanding nursing team! Second shift positions are currently available at our Lakehouse Campus in South China.

The Nurses provides nursing care and monitoring for up to 12 teens and works collaboratively with the BHP day and overnight staff during the late afternoon/evening hours (3:00 pm to Midnight).

These nurses reports to and works closely with the Lead RN to provide nursing care to support the physical and mental well being of residents.

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday.

Core duties include:

• Proper administration of medications & treatments
• Checking vital signs
• Triage medical related concerns
• Triage mental health related concerns that transpire overnight
• Assist with history and physical assessment (within 24 hours of admissions)

Qualifications:
- Valid Maine LPN or RN license
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative and organized individual with psychiatric nursing experience with youth. Candidates must pass extensive background checks, including fingerprinting, to be eligible for employment.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible, exempt position. Rate of pay depends on licensure and experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
