Job Title: Project Manager for a Landscape and Irrigation Company.

Duties:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates

- Track and order job materials
- Track project expenses and manage project budgets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in using project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Irrigation and Landscape Management: 4 years (Required)
  • Estimating: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Saint Cloud, FL (Required)
