We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with a focus on data center technologies to join our team. Our client is a managed service provider. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing the reliability, efficiency, and security of our clients' data center and network infrastructure.
Location: Local (Remote) Fort Meyers, FL (First month of training onsite required)
This job expects to pay about $60 - 80 per hour plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Architect, design, and oversee the deployment of enterprise-level data center networks using Cisco Nexus, ASR, and ISR product offerings.
- Lead the implementation and support of SDN technologies, including Cisco ACI, Arista, and SDWAN solutions such as Viptela, CloudGenix, or SilverPeak.
- Solid understanding of Data Center and Public Cloud interconnects, including MPLS and VPLS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of campus network products from Cisco, Arista, or Aruba.
- Deploy and configure advanced firewall solutions, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
What Gets You The Job:
- Expert-level proficiency in enterprise-level Data Center L2/L3 technologies.
- Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus, ASR, and ISR product offerings.
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Arista, and SDWAN technologies such as Viptela, CloudGenix, or SilverPeak.
- Solid understanding of Data Center and Public Cloud interconnects, including MPLS and VPLS.
- Experience with campus network products from Cisco, Arista, or Aruba.
- Current CCNP R/S certification; CCIE preferred.
- Experience with firewall deployment and configuration, particularly with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
