Job Description What you can expect in a typical day: As a summer student with Irving Oil you will have an opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment with one of Canada’s Top 100 employers! In this summer role, you will be joining our Occupational Health team. The Occupational Health team is part of the overall Health, Safety and Environment team allowing you to collaborate with emergency response, safety, and industrial hygiene professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring nurse as you will work alongside and learn from highly skilled nurses and our office coordinator. In this role, you will aid with preforming wellness assessments, blood collection, administering immunizations and much more in our Home Office Health Clinic. You will also be tasked with supporting supply management and monthly audits, health and wellness presentations, filing, and assisting nurses as needed with daily tasks and health center visits.
