Responsibilities
- Serve as a personal assistant to management by organizing and prioritizing tasks
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office files and ensure they are computerized for easy access
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Answer phones and provide excellent phone etiquette to all callers
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
