Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Schedule and follow up on sales appointments promptly.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers to appropriate resources.
- Collaborate with teammates and sales teams to optimize processes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records in our CRM tracking system.
