About the role: We are looking for energetic, positive, and professional Customer Care Associate to join our team at Innovative Skincare. We love team members that are creative thinkers, eager learners, and have enthusiastic personalities. We are seeking someone with a background in the beauty industry who loves to educate, sell, and excel in customer service, and who wants to be part of an exciting growing company!

This position will be on-site in our Burbank, CA facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and Cross-training in various departments
  • Process incoming wholesale web and email orders
  • Review and process opening documents, account creation and opening orders
  • Verify resale certificates and professional licenses via the Department of Revenue and various professional licensing websites for validity
  • Process returns, issue call tags and track missing or delayed packages
  • Review, process and assign potential partnership applications to the applicable Territory Business Manager
  • Process retail (B2C) orders
  • Develop effective relationships with partners and TBMs to support business growth
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support outside Sales team as directed by Management
  • Actively promote product sales by educating customers on products, promotions, incentives, etc.
  • Participate in projects and all other duties assigned by management
  • Be the voice of the company & provide exceptional customer service with positive energy, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of INNOVATIVE SKINCARE
  • Provide exemplary customer service over the phone in a contact center environment
  • Provide product education to both wholesale partners and retail consumers
  • Ability to demonstrate website development utilizing the Zoom platform.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Sales & Customer Service experience; preferably in Cosmetics, Skincare, Spa/Salon or related fields
  • Behavior that promotes the company culture by working with the highest integrity and honesty
  • Ability to make strong connections with any type of personality and enjoy people interaction
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • First class phone etiquette
  • Exceptional follow-up & problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn new concepts and explore out of the box ideas
  • Ability to demonstrate superior judgment
  • Proven ability to meet goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Excellent computer skills are mandatory

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $22.00 to $23.00 per hour. The offered rate may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
