Project Quality Manager
Reporting to: Commissioning Manager
The Project Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures within the commissioning department. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, the Quality Manager ensures compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

The Project Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures within the commissioning department. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, the Quality Manager ensures compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality management plans and procedures for BESS projects.
- Conducting quality audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and track quality performance.
- Monitoring project deliverables, documentation, and testing processes for quality compliance.
- Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing training and guidance to commissioning personnel on quality-related matters.
- Experience working on Electrical Installations of low, medium and high voltage EPC projects, as well as Substations and Transmission Lines.
- Experience working on projects related to Battery Energy Storage Systems is a plus.
Strengths for this role may include:
- 5-10 years’ experience as QAQC specialist (within a construction EPC organization preferred), with in-depth understanding of quality functions. Electrical and/or utility experience considered a plus.
- Engineering graduate is preferred with good grasp of technical terminologies and processes.
- Strong knowledge of quality management processes and methodologies
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
