Job Summary
Small trucking company seeking an Office Assistant to run the day to day operation of the main office.
Willing to train the best person for the position but any of the following experiences will be essential!
- Microsoft Office -All programs including Excel
- Computer friendly - several different programs will be utilized
- Ability to create and maintain all social media accounts
- Ability to work independently
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Data Entry - accuracy is important
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Conduct Verification of Employment for each employee using several different avenues to acquire information
- Scanning, naming and uploading documents
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Copying, Filing, Organizing Drivers Files
- Greeting Applicants , Answer phones, Give Tours of Property
- Assist with many misc. projects
- Appreciation of confidential information
- Professional but relaxed attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ruther Glen, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Office management: 1 year (Preferred)
