The Clinical Compliance Analyst supports the mission and vision of Isaiah House by ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, certification, and other applicable requirements.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Fills out applications and reporting documents for licensing, accreditation, certification, and other governing bodies
- Functions as the expert on AODE, BHSO, CARF, ASAM Level of Care, NARR, and other regulations or requirements
- Creates, edits, and reviews policies affecting and governing clinical, medical, and treatment aspects of the company
- Works closely with Clinical and Medical department leadership
- Oversees and facilitates the client grievance process
- Monitors and audits the Clinical and Medical departments and programs for compliance with policies, laws, and applicable standards
- Works with HR to ensure clinical personnel record compliance
- Assists with employee trainings as appropriate
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred to be in healthcare administration, social work, or some other human services degree.
- Healthcare compliance, substance abuse rehabilitation, or clinical therapist experience preferred but not required.
