As an Entry-Level Solar Installer, no previous experience is required. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about sustainable energy solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive comprehensive training in solar panel installation.

Responsibilities:

Installation Support: Assist the installation team in executing residential and commercial solar panel installations. This includes tasks such as carrying equipment, handling materials, and providing general support during the installation process.

Site Preparation: Assist with site assessments, including roof inspections, shading analysis, and measurements. Work closely with experienced installers to ensure accurate and efficient project planning.

Equipment Handling: Learn to properly handle and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for installations. Assist with inventory management and ensure tools are in good working condition.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Learn Installation Techniques: Under the guidance of experienced installers, learn the fundamentals of solar panel installation, including mounting panels, wiring, and electrical connections. Develop proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality checks and inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards, adhere to specifications, and comply with safety regulations.

Professional Development: Take advantage of training opportunities provided by the company to enhance your knowledge and skills in solar panel installation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience required. We are seeking candidates with a strong interest in renewable energy and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of construction or electrical work is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require moderate physical exertion, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
