What you’ll do

The Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Planning Execution and works with other teams to provide support on projects on the capacity, scheduling and budget management tasks day to day.

In this role you are responsible for assisting the Project Management team control budgets, scheduling and other project coordination duties.

Your Impact

  • Own all teams budget reporting
    • All project-based budget reporting
    • All ad hoc billing and resource commitments
    • Forecasting models and budget contingency tracking
  • Work with the Technical Implementation Managers to ensure the correct team and handles all resource capacity, changes, and contingencies on the team
  • Own all major initiative reporting and calendaring aspects
    • Shared Calendar control
    • Big Room Planning scheduling
    • Coordination across teams and resources
    • Escalation and control of resource conflicts or changes
    • Setting up project spaces
  • Work with People Optimization and Business Intelligence to ensure all teams reporting, onboarding, and team resource management duties are managed

What you bring to the table

  • 2 years of project management experience in a technical role with a diverse background of complementary skills (ex. Product Management, Financial Controls)
  • Experience with Resource Management (Scheduling, Reporting, and Controlling)
  • Experience with budget controls (Creating reports, forecasting models)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with external stakeholders and internal product development teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail (creation of complex technical project plans, risk registers, status reports, and client communications)
  • A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Bonus points

  • Experience with project budget and financial controls
  • Customer service background

Location

This role is remote and can be located anywhere inside the continental United States. iSeatz is a New Orleans-based company with Central Time Zone business hours, but feel free to work from your home office, from the beach, or from the cottage you rented for the summer!
