● Hold a current personal training certification?

Our Instructors are responsible for:
● Leading our members through group training sessions, while creating a high energy and welcoming vibe in our facility to develop a strong community that leads to extremely high member retention
● Learning and executing the instructor's role in the membership sales process
● Assisting Head of Department with member check-ins, follow up contacts, format workout programs, help to ensure all coaches are meeting ISI standards, help with member events and challenges, as well as any other tasks that the Head of Department may need.
● Attending mandatory training and other requested meetings.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:
● Hold a current Personal Training Certification from an ISI Elite Training approved certifying organization such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc. or comparable degree and experience
● Current CPR/AED certification
● Professional experience coaching in the fitness industry
● Must be a great communicator and lead by example
● Must commit to participating in at least two ISI workouts per week and attending all relevant ISI training programs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
