The Vice President of Partnerships is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the organization’s partnership and alliance strategy. This position plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships that leverage ISI’s strengths in security and compliance to defense contractors. The Partnership Leader will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership vision and strategic plan that aligns with IsI’s focus on security compliance and managed services
- Manage initiatives for a growing number of partners through vetting, contract support, partner enablement activities, pipeline management, and monitoring of partner KPIs and dashboards
- Analyze the competitive marketplace and integrate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to establish and grow strategic partnerships
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to build a fully integrated partner ecosystem
- Oversee industry research to define appropriate partnership opportunities, especially those that enhance our offerings in CMMC compliance and managed security services
- Develop a deep understanding of IsI’s service offerings to become an effective and professional representative of the firm
Skills and Qualifications:
- United States Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field, with a strong preference for knowledge in cybersecurity compliance and management, or equivalent work or military experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding negotiation skills with a proven record of initiating and closing deals
- Creative and strategic thinker with a reliable problem-solving ability
- A proactive, dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers and influence partnerships
