Island Family Pharmacy Department is looking for Call Center Representative to join the team! *This position qualifies for a $1,000 sign-on bonus!*
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be proactive, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong ability to execute and follow through on daily tasks. This position requires prior Framework software experience.

Job duties include:
- Process all admissions including demographics and insurance
- Assist with all customer billing inquires in a courteous and professional manner
- Work live claim adjudication
Job requirements include:
- Knowledge of Prior Authorizations
- Ability to adjudicate claims efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Framework experience required
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
