Physical Therapy Aide
Job Posting for Physical Therapy Aide at ISLAND HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY
Duties:
- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
- Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Clean and maintain equipment and supplies
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Please note that this position requires inhale working in a hospital setting and providing patient service.
