What You’ll Do:
As a host/busser at Islands, you will:
- Acknowledge guests with an enthusiastic welcome and sincere goodbye
- Manage crowd control at the door and ensure proper seating rotation
- Maintain cleanliness of both the front of the house and the bathrooms
- Complete weekly maintenance duties, sidework, and set up the restaurant prior to opening
- Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
