How you will make an impact:
- Play an integral role in our access management system, remedying existing issues and leading the charge in continuous enhancement, including:
- Accurately modeling and integrating new systems and applications into our environment.
- Guaranteeing that users have the proper authorization for their access.
- Initiating and ensuring the timely completion of manager access certifications.
- Detecting orphan accounts and reassigning them to their appropriate owners.
- Utilizing roles to allocate workgroup membership within the IAM tool.
- Ensuring the thorough cleanup of applications, accounts, and roles as systems are retired.
- Supporting business operations by generating reports vital for various compliance audits (SOC1, NERC CIP).
- Prompt cleanup of time-sensitive access to prevent compliance issues.
- Recognizing and collaborating with support teams to solve problems within the IAM tool.
- Consistently striving to improve our IAM processes.
- Integrating currently disconnected applications into the IAM tool for efficient access management.
- Creating reports to reduce the workload required for compliance support.
- Investigating opportunities to enhance the end-user experience.
- Compiling and presenting IAM metrics to showcase ongoing efforts and progress.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Robust experience working with an IAM solution.
- Passion for IAM and a driving force for improvement.
- A self-starter attitude with the expertise to ensure our Access Management program is compliant and effective across the organization.
- Experience working with APIs and Databases, particularly:
- Database expertise for extracting information from the IAM tool when it's unavailable through a report.
- API knowledge for extracting accounts and roles from applications for integration into the IAM tool.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Sailpoint IIQ
