What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Liaison III position at ISO?

Maintains knowledge and understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act (F.C.R.A.), Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (D.P.P.A.), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (G.L.B.), state statutes and regulations, OFAC and iiX/ISO credentialing process- Completes the second level credentialing process for customers, including investigating applying customer’s provided information against published information to help validate contact to the applying company.
- Review and approve paperwork submitted to request changes to existing accounts.
- Coordinates and processes onsite inspections between third party vendor and applying customer.
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with investigating and identifying fraud
- Understanding and experience in performing audits to ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business applications including Word and Excel and the ability to learn customer relationship management, contract management, and document repository
- Advanced organizational skills as well as the ability to monitor and meet project deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Investigative mind-set
- Experience with internet research, working knowledge of search engine tools and the ability to utilize resources on the Internet.
- Knowledge of iiX software and internal processing is helpful
