GENERAL FUNCTION
This position is to assist the service logistics team in overseeing upcoming projects. Once a job is awarded to iSoft, this position will begin the project management tasks ensuring all of the information is available from the sales team and will be the initial liaison between sales and the implementing service team. This position will assist in inventory, verification of job pile, labeling items, prepping for delivery and managing any material to reduce stock. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the Service team functions, including but not limited to technical tasks such as rack building and customer service support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Upon award of a job, review and confirm the availability of Statement of Work and Drawings.
- Set and conduct internal kick off meetings (Planning) with appropriate sales and service teams.
- Set and conduct client kick off meetings.
- Create and send follow-up client email documenting all items discussed in the phone kick off call, including sending the pre-install form and managing the return of the completed form.
- Monitor incoming equipment for a job.
- Set and hold internal technical kick off meetings as needed.
- Oversee rack build operations or if needed perform rack build.
- Assist Service Management and Service Logistics with resource scheduling.
- Manage and maintain punch list or outstanding items from a job and manage them through completion.
- Oversee, record and reconcile the job pile as it goes for delivery or shipping.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Assist PSE with as needed during the onsite project effort.
- Assist Service coordinator with incoming help desk calls requiring technical troubleshooting remotely over the phone to provide higher level of support for inbound calls.
- Provide and actively update monthly and quarterly project forecasting.
- Facilitate project invoicing by coordinating with project team and customer and providing appropriate documentation.
- Attend remote project coordination/status meetings as needed
- Attend customer onsite project coordination/status meetings at needed
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors for project execution

- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Two/Four-year college degree, Project coordinating or un-certified Project Management experience
- Required: 3 years experience in related role.
- Preferred: Experience in AV integration services and Government organizations desired
