What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketplace Administrator-Temp position at isolved?
The Marketplace Administrator plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Marketplace team, internal isolved teams, clients, network partners, and Marketplace partners.
Core Job Duties:
- Responsible for conducting any monthly or quarterly partner audits
- Manage partnership inbox, addressing issues such as potential errors due to API communications, infrequent billing, etc., including researching and resolving with appropriate internal teams or network partners

Manage communications for network partners when they utilize eligible products and ensure accurate documentation for accounting purposes
- Implement and manage necessary mass activation or opt-out programs for isolved branded or Marketplace Partners
- Monitor the marketplace inbox
- Collaborate with integration team when notified of client/partner using marketplace project, including creating projects and ensuring appropriate agreements are signed
- Assist with website management of marketplace.isolvedhcm.com
- Assist with coordinating and responding to initial meeting request for Marketplace partnerships
- Other assigned Marketplace Operations administrative duties as required

Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong technological acumen
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage deadlines and execute with a high degree of quality in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
- Project Management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Travel: Minimal travel may be required but this is a remote position.
Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States
