BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
iSolved Business Development Managers are passionate, high energy individuals who leverage their industry knowledge and expertise to support the brand recognition, market penetration, and revenue goals of the iSolved suite of Human Capital Management products and services. Prospecting and establishing new partners and marketplace channels as well as leveraging existing relationships to maximize the iSolved HCM market position and achieve financial growth. The VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT will manage and support the Business Development Managers and be responsible for this groups performance. These professionals serve as the central point of contact in their markets, linking partners such as brokers, HR Advisors, and CPAs with the appropriate iSolved resource to drive revenue across all lines of business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:
- Manage Business Development Managers and help them grow, cultivate, and leverage a network of relationships within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned lead generation/new business quotas
- Prospect for potential new clients and convert them into increased business.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to accelerate sales.
