Formerly PDR Clinics, our iSpine Clinics Rehabilitation department is excited to be offering a part-time or full-time Physical Therapy Assistant.
We are seeking a physical therapy assistant that is motivated to practice in a multi-disciplinary setting alongside physicians and occupational therapists to deliver chronic pain rehabilitation using a bio-psychosocial approach, and help people in pain get moving again.
The iSpine Institute supports therapists with extensive training in this model, including exercise approaches, pain neuro-science education, and motivational interviewing skills to effectively impact chronic pain management. We teach patients skills in movement, self-care, and functional performance so they may reach their goals. And, we take much needed time to help them get there.
The rehabilitation model, with over 25 years of experience, yields excellent outcomes in functional improvement, pain reduction, and patient satisfaction.

The Therapy Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to: working with patients of all ages, who have some type of medical issue, illness, injury or other difficulty that affects their ability to move and perform daily activities. Perform treatment under the supervision of a licensed therapist that has established a treatment plan.
Monthly schedules are typically assigned six weeks in advance. Due to the nature of this client-based job, punctual and good attendance is essential. It is expected that all therapists work 2 shifts until 7pm each week.
