Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

- Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and suppliers

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design issues or conflicts

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

To be successful in this role, the Construction Manager should possess the following skills:

- Strong construction management experience, including knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Knowledge of quality inspection processes and procedures

- Familiarity with electrical systems in construction projects

- Experience in construction inspection and quality control
