The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.
We are currently offering a $250 Sign-On Bonus for this position (paid after 90 days of employment).
Work Hours
The work hours for this position may include evenings, weekends, and / or holidays.
Key Purpose
Ensuring customers and colleagues have a positive experience by :
- Washing, sanitizing, and replenishing pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing Tables and Chairs.
- Cleaning areas and removing trash, recyclables and compost as assigned.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including floors.
- Maintaining a dining experience that meets and exceeds all food safety requirements.
- Maintaining all storage areas and equipment as assigned.

Key Accountabilities
- Passing the required ISS Dish Training Course prior to the first shift in the dish room and once annually thereafter
- Passing the required Food Handler Certification course during the first 30-days of employment and recertifying as needed
- Setting up and operating the 3-compartment sink, dishwasher and pot washer as instructed
- Cleaning and sanitizing of work area and equipment.
- Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing of floors, floor drains, etc.
- Removing garbage, recyclables and compost and disposing of said items in a safe manner as instructed
- Following required safety practices and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Putting chairs up in the dining rooms at the end of operation and placing chairs down in the dining rooms before opening
- Cleaning of glass and windows as assigned
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
- Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
