Due to the high demand in the cybersecurity field, ISSE Services is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking to hire an in-house technical Recruiter. This position will facilitate recruitment of the best candidates to match our corporate culture as well as have the technical and soft skills to meet the growing needs in our Clearfield, Utah office. The ideal candidate for this job will have great interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Prior recruiting experience

Our recruiter will be performing the following tasks:
Develop a full recruitment strategy that involves networking through industry contacts, trade shows and associations, social media, online recruiting tools and our employees to seek talent
Build and maintain good working relationships with trade groups, universities, military affiliations, and key business partners
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Monitor the industry for changes in hiring trends
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Screen candidates to ensure fit for them and our organization including involvement with the interview process
Coordinate technical interviews with team leads
Act as main point of contact between candidates and the company during the recruiting and hiring process
Monitor activity and pipeline reports to identify potential organizations for candidates
Ensure a diverse pipeline for open positions; engage and build relationships with diverse organizations and attend and recruit at diversity conferences.
Ability to travel around the region to host or attend recruitment events and job fairs and meet potential candidates
Assist HR department as needed
