Hourly Compensation: $18.00/hr

 

Vaccinations:

While IST as a company does not mandate COVID-19 vaccinations, this particular posting is at a client site location that does mandate that you be vaccinated to be on site.  Subject to applicable law, are you willing and able to provide a vaccination card to show that you have been vaccinated ?  If you're not, we can consider you for other openings we may have that do not require vaccinations to work on site.

Responsibilities

  • Mail and supply services:· Deliver and pick up mail and heavy packages· Stock supplies in copy rooms, mailroom, and conference rooms· Order ‘core’ office supplies and adjust to par levels for order and replenishment

    · Assist in managing pantry supplies inventory stock levels; including checking expiration dates androtating stock· Ensure that inventory for areas pertaining to corporate services is performed consistently with insight to value and consumption· Maintain a neat and clean mailroom· Manage inventory on all printers for toner, paper, & waste toner and maintain printer inventory spreadsheets

     

    Facilities:· Daily communication on completion of all tasks to Corporate Services team in a professional and timely manner· Working knowledge of pantry appliances and office equipment with the ability to troubleshoot and determine plan of action as it relates to small repairs· Work with maintenance vendors and facilitate communication on tasks related to repairs and maintenance, improvements and enhancements in the office· Place service tickets for areas related to functions such as pantry, repairs and maintenance, meetings, and catering services; be the front line for certain service tickets related to facilities requests· Maintain service tickets

    Meeting and Catering services:· Assist in executing all conference room checks, maintaining par levels and purchasing for conference room supplies, conducting rounds for facilities check lists· Assist in set up, tend to, and clear catering arrangements for on-site meetings; including but not limited to meeting set-ups and strikes for special events· Assist other personnel in maintaining supplies in all kitchens, and ensuring that the kitchen areas are kept neat and tidy; includes loading and unloading the dishwashers, making coffee, cleaning coffee pots, stocking refrigerators and emptying trash· Assist with conducting daily maintenance of coffee machines· Assist in ordering and tracking kitchen, office supplies, groceries and placing orders when necessary

     

    Covid-19 Related Responsibilities:

    · Monitor all sanitization stations for inventory levels on hand sanitizer, tissues, gloves, & hand wipes· Assist with PPE inventory tracking and handle supply requests in ticket center · Daily janitorial tasks of wipe-down of key touch points throughout office suite· Inspect conference rooms and all common areas to maintain PPE levels daily

    Reception: · Provide relief for Receptionist during lunch, breaks and all other absences if necessary· Answer and direct incoming calls· Greet and accommodate visitors· Help maintain appearance of all reception areas and adjacent conference rooms

    Perform other office related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
