iStaff Recruits is seeking EXPERIENCED NURSE PRACTITIONERS to Work in a beautiful facility Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule (9 am-5 pm, 10 am-6 pm, 11 pm-7 am)
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of a Physician
- Manage a subacute and long term population
- Collaborate with health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary
- Manage diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs
- Prescribe medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy
Applicant Must have:
- Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner
- At least 2 years of experience in a long term, sub-acute or acute care setting
