Summary: 

Incumbent prepares workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail operations to be performed by equipment and computer programs and operations to be performed by personnel in system.

Job Responsibilities: 

1) Ensure the quality and delivery of application operations supporting the business in accordance with agreed standards

2) Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

3) Collaborate with internal and external parties in an effort to meet job objectives.

4) Develop competence in writing scripts, packages and functions as needed to support the applications.

5) Respond to requests for configuration changes as directed by Management.

6) Collaborate with Systems Administrator to troubleshoot hardware and OS-level issues on all platforms.

7) Able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and non-written formats.

8) Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Work Experience: 

1) Minimum of 5 years work related and computer system experience

Skills and Competencies: 

1) Thorough understanding of Windows OS and MS Office Applications

2)  Strong organizational skills, Excellent customer service skills and service orientation
