IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ChatBot) to support The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking contractor support to leverage conversational AI technologies to expand the number and types of communication channels available to provide dietary guidance to citizens to increase its positive impact on citizen health. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team helping USDA achieve mission success.
Duties
- Perform research to include gathering and analyzing data and information necessary to understand and describe various business processes, identify issues or problems, and assist with solutions and recommendations
- Review technical and business process documents and provide substantive comments
- Develop, compile and analyze strategic planning data from multiple sources to support decision-making
- Perform data analysis, measurement reporting and statistical analysis
- Support the development of the USDA knowledge base
- Perform internal testing prior to UAT
- Assist with the logical documentation of the solution
Required
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Four (4) years of relevant experience as a Business/Requirements Analyst in requirements gathering
- Excellent at identifying and solving problems
- Must be a U.S Citizen
- Fluency in intelligent automation, AI/ML concepts and uses, and/or data science concepts
Preferred
- Experience supporting chatbot implementations
- Experience with USDA IT implementation efforts
- Agile approach experience and/or familiarity with supporting cloud projects
