Title:  Project Manager

Location:  Washington, D.C.

Duration:  1 Year Contract

Client:  Federal Government Agency

Rate:  Depends on Experience

Task Order:  1575025

US Citizens Only and must be able to pass a full background check

Qualifications:

  • The IT Project Manager shall have extensive information technology experience to include:
    • Security compliance
    • System administration
    • User management
    • Data management
    • Change management
    • Privacy
    • Records management
  • Must be knowledgeable of policies for handling personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Extensive Project Management experience in an enterprise environment where multiple offices, geographic locations, or organizational structures provide them with the necessary skills to handle this large group.
  • Experience with emergency notification systems
  • Everbridge suite of products as well as experience with active directory and authentication to cloud-based systems.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor event logs (i.e., user added, user deleted, password changes, etc.), identify and save event logs to Government storage. Report anomalies to IT Program Manager via email and/or project status meetings.
  • Review and verify new user access requests for accuracy, completeness, training, and validity. Send verified user requests via e-mail to appropriate Government POC.
  • Create and assign applicable roles to new user accounts after approved user request application.
  • Delete users upon request by the client and record deletions to user accounts log.
  • Document the Government’s desired enhancements to the client’s ENS system based on feedback received from end users, the client, and project status meetings.
  • On at least a monthly basis, perform a discovery of the current state of the client’s ENS by interfacing with each bureau/office to review how they have set up their groups, rules, notification, and incident templates, identifying any notable discrepancies between the offices and bureaus and recommending solutions to provide consistency and uniformity across the Department.
  • Document and resolve day-to-day issues reported by DOI ENS users using recommendations from the client, provider, and/or the Program Manager.
  • Attend quarterly user account reviews with each bureau/office ENS leads and document results and take-aways from the reviews.
  • Attend all regularly scheduled status/project meetings to discuss, schedule, prioritize tasks, and progress of projects
