Experience using online sources to gather information
Articulate, compelling and creative verbal (phone) communication
Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organizational skills with a good work ethic
Like to work as part of a team
Must be able to Multitask
You will be responsible for phone, email and live chat communication with students and customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Answer customer requests by phone, email and live chat.
Achieve or exceed team projects or goals.
Manage and update Customer Accounts in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service, or telemarketing experience.
Telemarketing selling experience would be helpful.
