Reports to: Aesthetic Sales Manager

Essential Duties:

An Aesthetic Sales Associate is vital to delivering customer service and driving sales results by selling and promoting non-invasive medical services, membership packages and skin care products. We are looking for top performers with a track record of success. The Ideal candidate is confident, service focused, and possesses high integrity. The Aesthetic Sales Associate is a highly visible position and should generate enthusiasm with clients by educating on services and providing knowledgeable consultations to clients.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe services and skincare products with an expert knowledge base.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential patient; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit.
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
• Create client retention by upselling additional products and services.
• Recommend new products and services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process.
• Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic.
• Recommend new products and services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment processes.
• Assists with planning and executing marketing and social events to execute sales strategies.
• Builds key relationships with community partners to promote cross sales strategies.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Previous sales experience required.
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Bachelors degree in technical or business-related field preferred.
• Maintains patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
• Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
• Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull up 50lbs
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
