RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solutions Architecting, design; Configuring, Installing, and Supporting routers/firewalls, switches, storage (NAS), servers, email systems, Cloud systems and virtual environments
- Design and manage project scope of work in Asana
- Manage and execute the onboarding process including task, customer and vendor management
- RMM Management – Kaseya
- Create and maintain executive reports on monthly basis and on demand as needed.
- Software Management
- “Patch Approval” - Approve patches for every profile that are not 30 days or older and add new patches
- “Machines” – Review machines with vulnerabilities and suppress all older than 30 days and resolved vulnerabilities
- Policy Management
- Add Webroot Monitoring Policies new sites (if applicable)
- Add proper patch profile and update if necessary
- Alarms
- Create and review relevant alarms
- Escalate to Service Desk manager any end user issues (Webroot is missing, Disk C is full,( should resolved by NOC)
- Create and optimize Views to improve efficiency with monitoring
- Agent Procedures
- Maintain proper version of Windows 10 and update if required
- Create and Execute scripts to improve company efficiency
- Review Automation Exchange https://automationexchange.kaseya.com/categories/2 - for applicable scripts to improve efficiency
- Support
- Open and handle support tickets with Kaseya support
- Deploy Cloud & Remote Solutions to existing customers**
- Configure and implement existing solution stack - **Either as a new project for customers or during onboarding**

- Create site in Webroot. Apply standard policies. Apply site key in Kaseya

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dispatching Experience (1 years) – Required
- Office Administrative Experience (2 Years) – Required
CERTIFICATION DESIRED:

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
