Job Description
Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Bedford, MA
Duration: 12 Months
Interview Mode: Phone & Skype
Requirements:
SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, O365, Zoom, Rescue LogMeIn, Windows Autopilot,
System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge. Microsoft SCCM preferred.
JAFM to manage Apple Devices
Microsoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot. Rescue LogMeIn, Servicenow, Zoom
- Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handling
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
- Good experience in customer/partner/technical service related roles
- Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience
- Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience
- Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
- Application Packaging and Re-packaging services
- MSIX based application packages for new apps
- Provisioning and De-provisioning
- Autopilot based device Provisioning
